Assist with Wellness Center front desk customer support in Midland, TX, including new member facility orientations, facility opening/closing, safety procedures, and equipment/towel inventory. Track memberships using Club Sentry, support wellness programs, and provide facility coverage and customer assistance while operating within a flexible daytime schedule.

•Manage facility operations including opening/closing, work order requests, safety evacuation procedures, and equipment maintenance logs.
•Provide supervision in the cardio and strength areas, including assisting participants with exercise equipment instruction.
•Support wellness programs and attending monthly staff meetings to stay informed of upcoming programs/events.
•Handle Wellness Center front desk customer assistance and membership tracking using Club Sentry, including group fitness class instruction.

Key Requirements

•Ability to work a flexible schedule between 5:00am–7:00pm Monday–Friday and some weekends as needed.
•Preferred: 1+ years of experience in a fitness-related field.
