Job Summary

Delivery Lead for digital banking platforms coordinating with Product Owners to ensure end-to-end delivery, prioritization, and governance of Epics/Features across IT platforms. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end design and development squads for the CDD workflow Platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, reliability, security and performance.
•Act as the Scrum Master of Scrum Masters within the tribe, coordinating activities and removing impediments.
•Coordinate budgeting, portfolio reviews, and resource capacity across Tribe Leads and Product Owners, including reporting to PMO on portfolio status.
•Oversee release planning and management, aligning dependent IT Platforms and teams for each release.
•Maintain proactive stakeholder engagement, communicating risks, blockers, and progress to senior leaders and business units.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
•8+ years of overall experience, including leadership and agile management in Banking/Financial services
•Strong knowledge of API design, RESTful architecture, microservices, and OAuth security
•Proven track record in release management and end-to-end delivery of digital platforms
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to work under pressure
