Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure new hires meet all safety policies and expectations.
  • •Manage the overall onboarding experience from day 1 through 60 days (or qualification), ensuring trainees are qualified timely.
  • •Administer, track, and evaluate new hire floor training; supervise and demonstrate hands-on training and recommend ongoing training needs and employment decisions to management/HR.
  • •Meet with supervisors, HR, and coordinators to review production processes and product specifications; participate on HR and company committees.
  • •Meet onboarding KPIs including 30- and 60-day retention, minimum safety observations per week, and completion of JSA for all new hires.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED; an Associate’s degree or two years of college coursework in Communications or HR preferred but not required.
  • •Ability to administer, track, and evaluate new hire floor training, including attendance, qualification status, and turnover.
  • •Previous training experience preferred and knowledge of the duties of the specific department.
  • •Excellent organizational, time-management, and professional communication skills.
  • •Ability to work independently with a strong attendance record in a plant/industrial environment.
