Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead EHS program execution and continuous improvement across NA, LATAM, and APAC with operational leaders to manage priority risks.
  • •Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, workplace assessments, and market visits; implement continuous improvements.
  • •Lead incident investigations and oversee corrective action management to prevent recurrence.
  • •Coordinate occupational health, safety, environmental, and permitting compliance across relevant markets and prepare operations for inspections.
  • •Own day-to-day global physical site-security governance: manage standards, assessments, reporting, risk assessments, and security incident response procedures.
