Job Summary

Serve customers in a Financial Center role by using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and meet retail consumer and small business financial needs. Maintain in-depth product knowledge, proactively reach out with approved marketing tools, and focus on cross-selling while supporting appointments and periodic financial reviews. Process teller transactions and partner with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to deliver holistic solutions and achieve individual and team goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services using the company value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff while referring customers to business partners for holistic solutions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to become comfortable with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
