Key Responsibilities

•Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
•Developing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons
•Coordinating cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances
•Interacting with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers
•Providing input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

Key Requirements

•Any Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
•Min 5+ years of experience in Demand / Operations Production planning/materials management or Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional areas.
•Experience with a Demand Planning tool (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module)
•Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
•Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
