Key Responsibilities

•Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn with clear ROI accountability.
•Lead creative strategy end-to-end by generating and validating ad concepts and optimizing for hook rate, hold rate, and engagement.
•Own the funnel from landing page to lead handoff, defining lead qualification criteria and speed-to-lead SLAs with Sales.
•Build multi-touch attribution and reporting infrastructure across channels to support scaling decisions.
•Hire and lead a small team of performance marketers and external partners, setting standards for quality, speed, and accountability.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in performance marketing with proven B2B, pipeline-driven results.
•Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Search), and LinkedIn, including managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets.
•Track record producing or directing high-performing video ads, with CRO expertise and strong tracking fundamentals including server-side implementation and CRM integrations.
•Fluency in English.
•Experience building acquisition and funnels that turn cold traffic into qualified pipeline with measurable ROI.
