Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspire and lead a team of Learning Experience Designers to deliver learning experiences for current and future leaders.
  • •Oversee the portfolio of learning initiatives for leadership and DIB (diversity, inclusion, and belonging) programs, aligning design efforts to leadership challenges.
  • •Guide evidence-informed adult learning design across all delivery modes (digital, video, classroom, virtual classroom, mobile, social).
  • •Use a product mindset to iterate and improve learning solutions based on data, including engagement analytics and organizational health metrics.
  • •Partner with business and HR leaders to conduct needs assessments and make strategic recommendations for enterprise learning offerings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,100 - 139,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
  • •At least 5 years designing and developing learning experiences across digital and in-person learning environments.
  • •Preferred: 5+ years leading design teams as a people leader.
  • •Preferred: 7+ years as a learning experience designer building learning experiences across digital and in-person environments.
