Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage repair solutions from customer submission through final approval (RDAF) issuance while maintaining delivery expectations.
  • •Analyze customer queries for structural damages against the Airbus Structural Repair Manual (SRM) and coordinate efficient repair treatment by relevant engineering offices when beyond limits.
  • •Coordinate with Repair Solutions, Design Offices, and spares focal to deliver timely, high-quality repair definitions and ensure parts availability.
  • •Use TechRequest (SAP-based) to record technical queries, answers, and exchanges with all involved parties.
  • •Identify and follow up on damages related to potential safety-critical items, and collaborate with Airbus AOG Center or Major Incident Repairs when repairs escalate in complexity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Science/Engineering (BSc/BEng) degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •5+ years engineering experience in an airline/OEM/MRO environment, with knowledge of aircraft structure and structural repairs (or mechanical).
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of material, and technical manuals (SRM, SB, IPC).
  • •Knowledge of maintenance repair practices, equipment, and ways of working.
  • •Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with customers and Airbus partners, and demonstrate initiative and flexibility in a demanding environment.
