Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the full implementation lifecycle, leading discovery and definition workshops, and producing requirements, scope, development estimates, and design documentation.
  • •Design and build Salesforce Healthcare Cloud solutions, including integration and a strong ongoing understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem.
  • •Drive enterprise AI architecture by designing and integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments.
  • •Lead technical design sessions and document aligned technical solutions, using LLMs to review architectural assumptions and simulate system edge cases.
  • •Lead and mentor development and QA teams; deliver Salesforce CRM and workflow solutions using technologies including Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, and J2EE.

  • •10+ years of experience developing technology solutions.
  • •2+ years handling client-facing projects with increasing responsibility in systems development and business consulting.
