Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage contracts for all categories (IT and non-IT) globally, including UAE, India, Pakistan, and smaller IBG countries as needed
  • •Assist CPD in fully utilizing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • •Ensure assigned contracts (renewal or new) are completed on time
  • •Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers and resolve contract issues including redlines
  • •Provide monthly inputs for departmental MIS and support implementation of Oracle Fusion (Phase 2) by early 2027

Key Requirements

  • •Vendor contract management experience of at least 2 years
  • •Experience negotiating and resolving contract redlines
  • •Good understanding of vendor contract legal requirements at Mashreq
