LN Venues, Venue Event Manager - Brooklyn Paramount

Manage venue operations and maintenance for ticketed concerts/shows and special private or corporate events, including front-of-house operations, preventive maintenance, staffing, and event set-up/tear-down. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time staff across multiple departments, oversee incident reporting and compliance, and coordinate subcontractors and third-party vendors. Support the Special Events Sales team with administrative tasks, client liaison, site inspections, and event operations once booked.
