Key Responsibilities

  • •Move baggage and cargo of various weights to and from aircraft.
  • •Drive and operate belt loaders and service aircraft at gates with ground power and air conditioning.
  • •Tow and pushback aircraft from gates and position beverage and luggage carts around the ramp area.
  • •Service aircraft lavatories and water ports, clean interior of aircraft when needed, and perform additional duties as required (e.g., de-ice, catering).
  • •Report on time to assigned station, complete required trainings, follow safety procedures, and work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or international equivalent) and be 18 years or older.
  • •Lift, load, unload, and transport bags and cargo to/from aircraft, bag carts, and conveyor belts.

  • •Applicable valid driver’s license as required by local authorities.
  • •Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable) and pass required background checks/fingerprinting; ability to obtain jet bridge certification.
