Key Responsibilities

•Open and/or close the ticket window as required.
•Accurately dispense tickets, accept payment, make change accurately, and maintain counts for tickets sold.
•Complete daily sales reports and balance sheets for cash and tickets sold; submit cash to the Box Office Manager for audit.
•Handle will-call window and seat reservation requests according to procedures, or other duties assigned by a supervisor.
•Answer patron questions about prices, seating, and events; file records and maintain confidentiality for upcoming events.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency required.
•At least six (6) months experience in box office or cash handling is strongly preferred.
