Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • •Monitor KPIs and support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals and individual goals.
  • •Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Support the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, and provide ongoing training, feedback, and development.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards, and help manage expenses, shrink, visual merchandising, and inventory receiving/stockroom practices.
