Engineering Manager, Agentic AI

Lead an AI engineering organization building foundational ML infrastructure that enables Robinhood product and engineering teams to deploy scalable, AI-driven features. You will oversee creation and evaluation of AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), while ensuring high performance, security, and readiness for millions of customers. Partner cross-functionally to align platforms with complex business needs and establish engineering processes for reliable delivery and system scalability.
