•Oversee commercial and business needs, including client contracts, business relationships with onsite stakeholders, and driving profitable growth.
•Improve operational efficiency by scheduling resources effectively, maximizing utilisation, and responding to underperformance.
•Use Net Promoter System insights and analyse failure demand, customer satisfaction, complaints, and feedback to identify root causes and implement remedial actions.
•Maintain control environments for regulatory compliance (CQC), manage risks, deliver cost improvements, and provide people management and continuous improvement.
