•Support, coach and motivate the in-store team to achieve the store’s targets while delivering exemplary Pandora customer service.
•Handle retail operations focus in store, including stock control, store procedures, organising teams, managing store security, team rotas and tracking sales performance.
•Ensure the successful running and trading of the store in the absence of the store manager.
•Maintain a strong retail floor presence, managing team presence around the store and influencing the sales space.
•Be trained in Pandora products to become a product expert and develop the store team to unlock their full potential.
