Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on cost strategies; manage vendor prequalification, proposal/bid review, bid interviews, and appointment processes.
  • •Develop and review project estimates, present findings to clients, and support value engineering and risk assessment.
  • •Establish cost reporting schedules; review and present cost reports/forecasts; track budgets and maintain commercial risk registers.
  • •Support cost control by reviewing payment applications, contractor entitlements, and change orders; recommend actions to the client.
  • •Manage invoicing and support post-contract activities including audits, account closeouts, and handover/closeout procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
  • •RICS accreditation or working toward certification is valuable.
  • •Experience supporting cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects, preferably data center, industrial, or large campus environments.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with solid understanding of procurement routes and value engineering/value management.
