Drive market growth and execution by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and retail outlets. Build relationships with IDPs, store leadership, and key retailer decision makers to deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share. Use data to identify retailer needs and performance trends, manage distribution/merchandising/promotions, and support launches, planogram compliance, inventory, and service issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with IDPs to support customer service, sales growth, and local market success.
•Recommend resources and technology, help resolve retailer disputes, and reduce route disruption to strengthen route health.
•Lead route consults and meetings with IDPs to understand needs, support planning, and identify growth opportunities.
•Execute weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans; identify market opportunities and set targets for distribution, merchandising, promotions, and retailer events.
•Use data to track retailer requirements and performance trends, support launches and planogram compliance, and coordinate inventory/logistics while responding to retailer concerns.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Ability to travel locally and overnight, relocate if required, and work flexible hours based on business and retailer needs.
•Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and driving regularly to stores, warehouses, and hubs.
