Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Accounting Manager to maintain accounting records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and account roll forwards.
  • •Collaborate with warehouse, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • •Contribute to, expand, collaborate on, and maintain an inventory count program.
  • •Verify transactions are reported to the correct general ledger accounts and review pricing and inventory discrepancies.
  • •Assist with bill of materials to set up material costs and analyze BOM-related inventory control cost of sales and variances, including developing process documentation and supporting other projects as assigned.
