Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support end-to-end deal structuring, review, and approval for non-standard deals.
  • •Partner with Sales teams to optimize deal structures and mitigate financial and commercial risks, including channel/country/theatre conflicts.
  • •Facilitate deal reviews and approvals by coordinating communication between Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • •Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, what-if comparisons, NPV, and IRR analysis to support deal structuring and decisions.
  • •Ensure deal governance, compliance, and risk assessment, including revenue recognition considerations and collaboration with Corporate Revenue Accounting and Legal.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, deal management, bid management, or related business finance.
  • •Strong analytical and financial modelling skills for evaluating commercial opportunities and complex decisions.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • •Preferred: experience as a business partner in IT, Technology, or Telecommunications (desired).
