Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and engineering team, developing the technical path for success and validating outcomes.
  • •Embed/engage with customers to understand mission challenges and translate requirements into product development with Anduril engineers.
  • •Collaborate across internal teams—engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and operations—to ensure aligned, timely delivery.
  • •Plan and coordinate sprint plans, execution plans, and milestones with clients and engineers.
  • •Grow the business through customer success by establishing trusted partnerships and identifying future opportunities for Anduril’s technology.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or higher in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • •4+ years of relevant industry experience
  • •Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software development programs for advanced C2 capabilities
  • •Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems
  • •Experience with building and leading cross-functional teams
