Key Responsibilities

•Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and engineering team, developing the technical path for success and validating outcomes.
•Embed/engage with customers to understand mission challenges and translate requirements into product development with Anduril engineers.
•Collaborate across internal teams—engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and operations—to ensure aligned, timely delivery.
•Plan and coordinate sprint plans, execution plans, and milestones with clients and engineers.
•Grow the business through customer success by establishing trusted partnerships and identifying future opportunities for Anduril’s technology.

Key Requirements

•BS or higher in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
•4+ years of relevant industry experience
•Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software development programs for advanced C2 capabilities
•Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems
•Experience with building and leading cross-functional teams
