Job Summary

Develop and implement workforce plans that align with client group objectives, providing expertise in job design and classification and advising on contract types and special agreements. Lead and support recruitment and selection, including fixed-term and temporary staffing, and ensure confidentiality and transparent processes. Advise on entitlements and benefits, support performance and career progression, and collaborate with HR Business Partners and counterparts across HQ/regions. Compile HR analytics and strengthen HR documentation and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement workforce plans and succession planning aligned to client group objectives and organizational needs.
•Provide expertise in job design and classification and facilitate appropriate contract types and special agreements.
•Lead and support recruitment and selection for the client group, including fixed-term and temporary staffing, and serve on selection panels with transparent processes.
•Advise on entitlements and benefits and support performance, career progression, and professional development.
•Compile and analyze HR analytics/workforce reports, improve HR documentation/SOPs, and support HR projects and working groups.

Key Requirements

•First level university degree in human resources management, public or business administration, law, social sciences, or a related field.
•At least five years of progressive HR experience with international exposure, with focus on talent management or administrative law.
•Proven experience advising senior management and providing guidance on sensitive and complex HR cases.
•Minimum of two years of international experience in HR management, with experience handling sensitive/complex cases.
•Expert knowledge of English; desirable intermediate knowledge of French and HR experience in the UN system or multinational environments.
