Job Summary

Shape the user experience across Sonova’s hearing care ecosystem by translating complex problems into clear, elegant design concepts. Key Responsibilities

•Create design concepts from ideation through validated concepts and developer handover by distilling complex problems and insights.
•Apply UCD and design thinking across the process, including wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and journey maps.
•Contribute to design guidelines, design metrics, and success criteria for the Experience Design group.
•Lead or participate in user research and evaluation in collaboration with the UX Research team.
•Own end-to-end experience areas and collaborate with Design, PMs, and R&D; support junior designers and promote design quality.

•Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
•5+ years designing digital products for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
•Expert knowledge of user-centered design, UX research, and hypothesis-driven design methodologies.
•Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
