Key Responsibilities

  • •Realizar tarefas de alta complexidade, orientando e revisando execução de atividades operacionais relacionadas a estruturação, gestão e monitoramento de planos de ação
  • •Analisar criticamente projetos, avaliando recursos, organização, ações e prazos; acompanhar planejamento e replanejamento das atividades
  • •Sugerir estratégias e tecnologias de execução, otimizar escopo e duração; disseminar melhores práticas
  • •Gerenciar demandas da Gerência Executiva, incluindo projetização de planejamentos do PMB e planejamento tático
  • •Conduzir reuniões eficientes, mantendo foco em objetivos e participação dos membros

Key Requirements

  • •Project management experience with proven 7+ years
  • •Process management with Bizagi Modeler, BPM, and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher)
  • •Experience preparing and presenting managerial progress reports to senior management
  • •Effective communication with stakeholders including team, clients and suppliers
  • •Conflict management and leadership of meetings
