Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams in the planning, design, and delivery of ports, terminals, waterfront, and marine infrastructure projects.
•Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
•Provide technical leadership in marine infrastructure projects including container terminals, commercial and industrial ports, wharves, jetties, marine terminals, bulk material handling facilities, coastal structures, and waterfront developments.
•Lead and coordinate engineering activities involving marine structures, geotechnical considerations, dredging, coastal processes, and port infrastructure systems.
•Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 125,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or related discipline.
•8+ years of progressive experience in ports and marine infrastructure projects, including design, project delivery, and client management.
•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada or eligibility to obtain registration within 12 months.
•Master’s degree in Structural, Geotechnical, Marine, or Coastal Engineering (preferred).
•PMP designation considered an asset; experience with business development and regulatory coordination is a plus.
