Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams in the planning, design, and delivery of ports, terminals, waterfront, and marine infrastructure projects.
  • •Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
  • •Provide technical leadership in marine infrastructure projects including container terminals, commercial and industrial ports, wharves, jetties, marine terminals, bulk material handling facilities, coastal structures, and waterfront developments.
  • •Lead and coordinate engineering activities involving marine structures, geotechnical considerations, dredging, coastal processes, and port infrastructure systems.
  • •Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •8+ years of progressive experience in ports and marine infrastructure projects, including design, project delivery, and client management.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada or eligibility to obtain registration within 12 months.
  • •Master’s degree in Structural, Geotechnical, Marine, or Coastal Engineering (preferred).
  • •PMP designation considered an asset; experience with business development and regulatory coordination is a plus.
