Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate material planning, production planning, and contractual logistics support to align operational execution with program and customer requirements.
  • •Build logistics support plans aligned to program schedules and lifecycle requirements; coordinate maintenance cycles, repairs, spares, and sustainment activities.
  • •Manage inventory levels and monitor progress using metrics; minimize cost while meeting contractual service levels.
  • •Confirm material supply and demands using MRP systems; prepare purchase requisitions and manufacturing orders based on production schedules and inventory requirements.
  • •Extract and analyze reports from internal business systems to determine priorities and advise program management on hardware status and potential production problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates in a business or technical discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •3–5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or related functions.
  • •3–5 years of experience with MRP and ERP systems.
  • •Experience with aerospace/aviation production planning, material planning, manufacturing, or simulation environments (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of DFAR, MMAS, and AS9100 compliance.
