Provide expert guidance to state and local clients on disaster recovery insurance compliance tied to the Robert T. Stafford Act and FEMA Public Assistance requirements. Review policies, claims, settlements, and documentation; calculate insurance adjustments; and recommend next steps across project phases. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to resolve discrepancies and maximize eligible FEMA assistance. Maintain accurate records in an electronic document system and support clients through training and day-to-day communications.
