Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary program manager and point of contact for strategic U.S. Government contracts, coordinating customer interaction, requirements, satisfaction, and contract deliverables.
  • •Coordinate parallel programs, balancing priorities and ensuring consistent execution across scope, schedule, and risk.
  • •Partner with matrixed cross-functional teams to deliver milestones and technical objectives, influencing without direct authority.
  • •Establish program governance, cadence, decision-making forums, and create accountability in a matrixed environment.
  • •Develop and maintain program plans, integrated master schedules (IMS), risk registers, and provide status reporting and support contract negotiations/modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage U.S. Government contracts (DoD, IC, or other federal agencies) with a demonstrated track record.
  • •Strong working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS) and contract types (e.g., FFP, CPFF, OTA) with compliance experience.
  • •Active U.S. Government security clearance required and ability to operate in security-required environments.
  • •PMP certification and bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across working level to executive and government customers.
