Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites or facilities, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead and support a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
  • •Develop work schedules, task assignments, and project timelines; coordinate with other trades and project managers to complete electrical work within budget constraints.
  • •Conduct quality inspections and audits of electrical installations and equipment, identify deficiencies or deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate procurement, storage, and inventory management of electrical materials, tools, and equipment, and maintain accurate records of electrical work and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in electrical work.
  • •Proficiency interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics for MEP installations.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and components (wiring, circuits, transformers, switchgear, control panels) and building electrical codes/regulations.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical problems, analyze root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, plus leadership and communication to supervise electricians and technicians.
