  • •Develop, implement, and execute test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes and products.
  • •Own end-to-end test strategy from ICT to functional system test, deciding what to test where to optimize tradeoffs (test time vs throughput, detection vs escape risk, coverage vs cost).

  • •Maintain manufacturing compliance documentation and lead failure analysis/debug root cause investigations for design, process, and component issues.
  • •Deep technical expertise in high-speed digital interfaces (SerDes, Optical, Ethernet) and functional validation of complex boards and telecom systems.
  • •Experience with manufacturing testing automation tools and programming proficiency (e.g., Python, C/C#).
