Job Summary

Partner with advertisers and agencies throughout the pre-sales and growth lifecycle on OpenAI’s advertising platform. Serve as the technical expert in the sales process by translating advertiser objectives into scalable solutions across measurement, integrations, data activation, and campaign execution. Work with Client Partners, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Policy, and Operations to remove technical blockers, lead discovery, troubleshoot implementation issues, and create demos, documentation, and playbooks that scale adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Client Partners during the sales cycle to provide technical expertise and accelerate deal closure.
•Lead technical discovery with advertisers and agencies to understand data flows, martech stack, measurement requirements, and activation goals.
•Design and recommend implementation approaches for pixels, APIs, server-to-server integrations, identity solutions, offline conversions, and measurement frameworks.
•Guide onboarding and launch readiness, ensuring successful setup of tracking, attribution, audience signals, and reporting.
•Troubleshoot technical issues and build demos/proofs of concept while partnering with Product and Engineering to escalate and influence roadmap priorities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, adtech, martech, or a related client-facing technical role.
•Hands-on experience with digital advertising measurement, pixels, conversion APIs, mobile measurement, identity solutions, or CRM/data integrations.
•Understanding of advertiser ecosystems including tag managers, CDPs, analytics tools, attribution platforms, and data warehouses.
•Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
•Experience writing SQL, using APIs, debugging implementation issues, or working with structured datasets.
