Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; diagnose issues using data from multiple equipment makes/models.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Use independent judgment and assist with training lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools and extensive knowledge of construction equipment.
  • •Able to read schematics and diagrams and diagnose issues effectively.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet safety-sensitive physical requirements; offer contingent on passing a 10-panel drug screen.
