Provide on-site and remote technical expertise for commissioning, troubleshooting, operating, configuring and optimizing compressor control systems. Deliver pre-commissioning, tuning, thermodynamic analysis, and customer training to ensure reliable turbomachinery performance and lifecycle support.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform pre-commissioning activities including system checkout, instrumentation calibration, loop checks, and communication testing using independent judgement and expertise
•Test and tune machinery, perform control loop tuning and troubleshooting within the customer process
•Apply advanced mathematical concepts and thermodynamic calculations to analyze machine performance
•Provide remote technical support and systems engineering assistance at customer sites
•Transfer technology knowledge to customer staff through training and collaborate cross-functionally to support product lifecycle and customer experience

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, turbomachinery)
•5-10 years of experience with turbo machinery control systems (Compressors, Steam/Gas Turbines, Expander, Generators) and Process control
•Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
•Knowledge of PLCs such as Rockwell Allen-Bradley, SIEMENS S-7
