Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the roadmap for the client's Digital Workplace aligned with business needs and Google’s new features.
  • •Audit the existing application landscape to identify redundancies and steer rationalisation towards the Google ecosystem.
  • •Manage the backlog of evolution requests and prioritise features to maximise ROI.
  • •Supervise the technical integration of Google Workspace with the client’s SI (SSO, provisioning, API connectors, third-party app integration).
  • •Lead advanced security initiatives (DLP policies, Context-Aware Access, GDPR compliance) and monitor Google security updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years experience as Senior Consultant, Change Manager, Technical Project Manager or Product Owner in collaborative work environments.
  • •Knowledge of administering Google Workspace or MS 365 platforms (Professional Collaboration Engineer or Administrator certifications are a plus).
  • •Understanding of integration architectures (Identity Management, APIs, DLP).
  • •Advanced user of Generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) and ability to explain them to non-experts.
  • •Ability to think in terms of use cases and user value, not just features; strong diplomacy and stakeholder management.
