•Lead a team of multi-disciplinary software engineers to build web applications, agentic tooling integrations (MCP servers, SDK experiences), and account management services (authorization, billing, analytics)
•Collaborate with leadership, Product, and Marketing to refine product strategy and roadmap with a focus on AI-native developer experience
•Oversee technical design, task decomposition, and daily standups to ensure the team delivers on schedule
•Lead the creation of features and releases by engaging with product development, design, and review—including AI agent playground environments and LLM-powered developer tooling
•Drive the self-serve growth engine: activation funnels, in-product upgrade flows, and PLG experimentation and self-serve deployments

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually
