Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service line leaders in cardiovascular, surgery, and operating room departments.
  • •Establish territory growth plans and translate them into clear objectives, targets, and a continually refined business strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • •Document territory install base for represented solutions and create plans to address assigned accounts, including breakthrough competitive accounts.
  • •Drive the sales process by uncovering customer events, engaging stakeholders, and escalating as appropriate while navigating sales stages aligned to the buying journey.
  • •Use strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, including business models, product features, service offerings, and positioning.
