Key Responsibilities

  • •Process teller transactions efficiently and accurately using ITM machines, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
  • •Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and explain Huntington products and services based on customer needs.
  • •Perform account research and take complete ownership of each interaction, including calls back or extended research as needed.
  • •Complete file maintenance tasks such as address changes and unlocking Huntington OLB; manage debit card limit changes.
  • •Maintain confidentiality, represent the company professionally, and complete compliance and required training for ITM Specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • •12 months customer service experience.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and through video in a friendly and professional manner.
