Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend meetings to represent owners’ and tenants’ concerns, investigate complaints, and escalate complex issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • •Educate owners and tenants on community rules and regulations; assist in liaison with local authorities and manage day-to-day community issues including Owners Committee matters aligned with RERA.
  • •Execute timely collection of service charges, communicate related changes, and support community budgeting by coordinating stakeholders and preparing RERA supporting documents.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections, monitor third-party service providers against SLAs, and coordinate with internal departments or providers to resolve infrastructure or service issues.
  • •Issue NOLs, maintain owner databases and complaint logs, prepare facility and community management reports, and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
  • •Master’s degree (preferred).
  • •5–7 years of experience in community management, property management, customer service, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and strong project management, data management, and reporting skills, including understanding of SLAs.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving, decision-making, and time management.
