Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of strategy, GTM, operations, and product. Partner with leaders across Plaid, operate across a wide aperture, and directly or indirectly lead high-performing teams. Use AI tools and agents as a force multiplier to accelerate workflows.

•Work with leaders across Plaid on the company’s most important and least-defined problems across team/function seams.
•Identify unowned, high-leverage business opportunities and drive them to clean outcomes.
•Operate across strategy, GTM, operations, and product without being boxed into one lane.
•Lead (directly or indirectly) high-performing teams.
•Use AI tools and agents as a default force multiplier for workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,600 - 290,400 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of total experience, including meaningful consulting and direct operating roles (e.g., BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance, Chief of Staff).
•A track record of independently identifying problems and driving them to outcomes with limited top-down direction.
•High agency and ownership, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
•Ability to build relationships across all levels and drive cross-functional teams to action.
•Experience directly managing high-performing teams.
