Job Summary

Lead end-to-end creation of high-impact marketing and sales presentation design for partnerships and pitch opportunities. Own custom and semi-custom decks and documents in Word and PowerPoint, shaping structure, copy editing, visuals, and infographics that translate complex ideas into executive-ready narratives. Collaborate across Marketing Services, Account Executives, Deal teams, Product, Legal, and Design peers while building templates, visual systems, and reusable assets.

•Design client-centric custom and semi-custom presentations and documents in Word and PowerPoint aligned to brand and executive expectations.
•Advise on structure, layout, visual design, and copy editing to improve clarity, flow, and impact.
•Translate data and content into infographics, visuals, and light animations for persuasive narratives.
•Develop storyboards and customer journeys, and produce high-fidelity mockups that bring products and solutions to life.
•Lead end-to-end design across multiple workstreams, create templates and reusable assets, and maintain a repository of product and corporate content.

Key Requirements

•Expert-level PowerPoint skills for executive polish, layout, hierarchy, and storytelling.
•Strong design craft across typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and narrative structure.
•Command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experience with Figma or equivalent.
•Proven ability to support sales teams, partnerships, or business development in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
