Key Responsibilities

•Ensure accurate and timely pickups and deliveries in a safe, professional manner; assist with loading/unloading as needed.
•Provide excellent customer service, greet customers promptly and courteously, and handle concerns with escalation to leadership when required.
•Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including pre-trip/post-trip reporting, proper load securement, and hours of service.
•Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and the work environment; complete and document daily maintenance inspections and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
•Maintain and promote a strong safety culture by following safety policies, training, PPE procedures, and reporting incidents, accidents, and traffic violations to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Hold a Class A CDL.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals.
•Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including pre-trip/post-trip reporting, proper load securement, and hours of service.
•Complete and document daily maintenance inspections and help ensure proper equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
•Be able to work additional hours, including overnight stays and occasional weekends as needed.
