Job Summary

Provide first-line-of-defense risk leadership for assigned business unit segments, driving high-quality execution of Risk Identification and Risk Measurement activities. Partner with business leadership, LOD2 program owners, and stakeholders to translate frameworks into execution plans, accountable deliverables, and timely outcomes. Facilitate risk activities, support consistent and well-documented risk and KRI outputs, review and escalate metric results, and help prepare reporting for governance forums.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and support execution of risk program activities across assigned business units to identify, assess, measure, monitor, and report risks.
•Facilitate Risk Identification activities with business and risk stakeholders, applying challenge to ensure risks are clearly articulated and aligned to taxonomy and methodology.
•Support Risk Measurement and Key Risk Indicator execution by partnering with metric owners and stakeholders to complete monthly and quarterly activities.
•Assist in risk assessment and analysis of inherent/residual risk, likelihood, impact, control effectiveness, and related measurement criteria.
•Document risk methodologies and reporting routines, aggregate risk data, and prepare risk reporting content for management routines and governance forums.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications or equivalent education and related training.
•8 to 12 years of financial services or risk management experience, and/or equivalent education, training and experience.
•Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to interact and communicate across all organizational levels.
•Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
•Demonstrated leadership, communication (verbal and written), presentation, facilitation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
