Job Summary

On-site role handling end-to-end retail automotive transactions, from initial client introduction through financing, deal structuring, and vehicle delivery. You’ll source opportunities, manage a personal pipeline, coordinate with lenders, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Sales GM to grow the luxury automotive retail segment while leveraging CRM tools and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the entire deal from start to end, including introduction, finance, and close.
•Personally handle the full F&I process—credit applications, lender approvals, funding paperwork, and compliance.
•Source your own opportunities and build/maintain a personal pipeline using outbound outreach, referrals, and creative prospecting.
•Utilize CRM tools to manage follow-up schedules, track deal progress, and ensure timely customer communication.
•Coordinate funding, title processing, and document accuracy with administrative support while maintaining strong product knowledge across brands.

Key Requirements

•Experience in luxury, exotic, or high-line automotive sales.
•Direct F&I experience and ability to self-source leads and close deals.
•Strong knowledge of lender platforms (RouteOne, Dealertrack, Westlake) and finance compliance requirements.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, professionalism, and discretion.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage a personal pipeline.
