Job Summary

Associate Enablement Manager - Field sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales to create and coordinate programs that drive pipeline and bookings in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You’ll develop GTM messaging, sales plays, and assets; partner across marketing, product, pricing, and customer success; and build scalable enablement initiatives that improve field adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Go-to-Market & Messaging: Tailor core value propositions, positioning, and key selling points for target personas and buyer needs; translate marketing and product initiatives into actionable GTM programs that drive pipeline and revenue; partner with global GTM, Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Product teams for consistent messaging across launches and field programs.
•Sales Plays & Sales Programs: Create, launch, and manage always-on and quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities and pipeline goals; develop scalable processes that train sales teams and drive adoption; build assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, and FAQs.
•Cross-Functional Partnership: Build alignment across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success; conduct light market research to inform messaging updates and content priorities.
•Field Enablement Execution: Develop and implement hands-on enablement tactics that accelerate field readiness and bookings; gather field feedback and continuously improve assets and messaging.
•Program Management & Analytics: Manage multiple enablement projects in parallel with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach; measure impact on pipeline, deals, and adoption of plays and assets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in product marketing, sales, sales enablement or a related role in B2B SaaS or technology.
•Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently.
•Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging, then drive hands-on tactical execution.
•Comfort influencing project execution with limited guidance amid multiple shifting priorities.
•A collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
