Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational leadership for HR at the Monterrey manufacturing operation, developing HR strategies to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain talent.
  • •Administer HR policies and processes across compensation, employee relations, recruiting, talent development/acquisition, and community services.
  • •Manage HR budgets and authorized profit plan expenses; maintain HR KPIs such as headcount, turnover, attendance, and absenteeism.
  • •Supervise HR information systems to ensure data integrity and alignment with Mexican and US HR systems; ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • •Lead training and development processes, performance management (APEX), coaching and development of staff, and support initiatives including inclusion and diversity, environmental/quality policies, and MESH incident rate goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience managing human resources in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience managing compensation and benefits, including market surveys and analysis.
  • •Policy, procedure, process, and HR metrics administration, including organizational development and team administration.
  • •In-depth knowledge of employment laws in Mexico and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
