Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of MR Service Education learning programs, curricula, and training content. Collaborate with SMEs, learning content developers, instructional designers, and education management to keep learning paths, certification requirements, and compliance structures accurate. Use learner data, training records, operational metrics, and approved tools to validate records, update course metadata in systems, analyze KPIs, and document changes for audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain learning paths, curricula, certification structures, and qualification frameworks for MR Service Education.
•Update course metadata, prerequisites, learning assignments, training records, and curriculum data in approved systems.
•Maintain mapping tables and certification matrices using approved digital or AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
•Collect and analyze KPI-driven learner and training data to support reporting and daily management activities.
•Validate and quality-check learning records and curriculum mappings, document updates, and escalate compliance gaps, data issues, or planning risks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in education, Training Management, Learning and Development, Business Administration, Data Management, or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as learning administration, learning operations, training coordination, or data analysis.
•Experience supporting curriculum management, learning operations, or training content administration.
•Ability to validate learning records, assignments, certification data, and curriculum mappings with high accuracy.
•Strong understanding of training compliance and the ability to document changes for audit readiness.
