Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an active forklift operator license per site training requirements and perform essential forklift operations to support receiving and production.
  • •Inspect inbound ingredients against specifications, log results, and promptly escalate quality or safety issues for fast resolution.
  • •Support dock receiving with HACCP reviews, allergen labeling checks, and handling verifications; ensure receiving practices comply with company standards.
  • •Perform continuous quality checks on produce, dairy, protein, and grocery items, including audits, sanitation swabs, temperature checks, and expiration verifications.
  • •Audit line setups and completed kits/packaging processes; alert leadership to errors, assist corrective actions, and halt production lines for critical non-conformances.

Key Requirements
