Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain compliance regulations and stay up to date on safety procedures related to fleet.
  • •Train and coach Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air associates on troubleshooting and product knowledge.
  • •Travel within the Southwest territory to support locations by training, repairing, coaching, and mentoring technicians, territory account managers, and customers.
  • •Develop multi skill level Pump training programs for EquipmentShare product specialists and field service mechanics.
  • •Assist territory account managers with technical sales applications and engineer/manage large projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Past project management or job foreman experience.

  • •Prior experience facilitating training in the classroom or in the field.
